I was very very impressed with the service and communication from the company.
The order was shipped promptly as per their promise and arrived on time.
Unfortunately the foil balloon I received had a hole in it so I was unable to have that blown up and use for the party.
I’m sure there’s no way of knowing if a balloon is faulty so I really can’t blame the company for that - it was just my bad luck.
